Johannes Helander

Co-founder & Chief Software Architect

Bringing four decades of international experience, including a notable tenure at Microsoft Research in Redmond, he has established himself as a leader in global innovation. He is the author of numerous peer‑reviewed publications, an inventor with over 30 patents, and a sought‑after speaker at international events. He has played a key role in founding more than a dozen companies across three continents and has contributed to several major EU‑funded research projects. His extensive governance experience includes serving on non‑profit boards, steering groups, presidiums, and expert panels throughout Europe and the United States.

Toni Wahlfors

Chief Operating Officer

With extensive experience in design, engineering, sales, and business development, he brings a strong operational background to our team. His career spans senior roles across international and domestic companies. He has managed complex building and HVAC projects and driven business development initiatives in both technical and commercial environments. Known for his innovative mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities, he plays a key role in optimizing our operations and supporting scalable growth.

Chief Commercial Officer

He leads the development of our commercial operations, supported by a strong background in sales leadership at ABB and Metso Automation. His experience includes serving in global leadership roles in Germany, Switzerland, Taiwan and Australia building deep expertise in international markets and customer strategy.

Ismo Kallioniemi

Chief Legal Officer

With more than three decades of legal experience, he is a recognized expert in intellectual property, regulatory strategy, and risk management. His background includes extensive work in technology transfers, licensing structures, and due‑diligence assessments. He is also the author of a published book on the legal implications of AI systems, highlighting his leadership in navigating the legal challenges of emerging technologies.

Seasoned communications leader with extensive experience in corporate communications, strategic positioning, and executive advisory. Founder and former CEO of Nikola Consulting. Oversees corporate communications at Baaswise and supports the company’s capital markets communications.
